What is your return policy?
We are looking forward to hear how much your enjoying your new iLLUMA kit. In the less likely event that you want to make a return please do request a Return Merchandise Authorization number by contacting us via email as provided in your order confirmation. We offer 30 days to initiate an RMA request from time of order. A 12% handling fee will be deducted from the full purchase price of all returned items for refund to cover round trip shipping & processing costs. Please note items must be returned complete with all components, parts, and accessories. Partially returned orders will received partial refund.
What are the payment options?
Currently we accept multiple credit cards via a secure payments platform along with other payment gateways including direct invoicing & international multi currency. For a custom invoice or more information please email firstname.lastname@example.org
How fast will I receive my item?
All items ship M-F within 1 business day of order receipt. Transit times are approximately 2-3 days for domestic, and 3-4 days for international. Please ensure your address details are correctly formatted to avoid any delays in delivery.
Further verification may be required as necessary for your order. Orders unverifiable will be canceled and refunded for your security.
